For the 2018 midterm elections, MTV launched its +1 the Vote initiative to reimagine voting as a social experience. Partnering with Headcount and key talent, we built a voter registration app to help get young Americans registered to vote. Leveraging MTV’s strong cross-platform brand presence and influential talent, our 360-degree social and video campaign helped our resource convert fans to voters, cementing MTV’s ongoing legacy of social impact.

The best result? First-time voters showed up to the polls in record numbers.
